Writing for a Wilder Ouse Valley

We want our blog to be a place where the community can come together, sharing ideas, creativity and hope.

What type of writing would be best to submit?

Anything in your voice and your experience that may be useful to fellow members and the wider public and that helps to grow the movement for a wilder Ouse Valley… so, for example:

  • Details of a new, nature-based project and how others can contribute

  • Learnings (and even some surprises) at the end of such a project

  • Thoughts on a specific plant, species or natural phenomenon and what it means to our area… these are just a few suggestions - our members will no doubt have even better ideas.

How to take part?

Fill out the form below, uploading your piece, plus any images. And we will come back to you with the next steps. As a rule, around 500 words is a good length - though we will also allow exceptions. We reserve the right to edit submissions for our style and word number.
