Our Vision
We believe nature should be part of everyday life. Together we're creating a connected landscape where wildlife can flourish, communities can thrive, and everyone has opportunities to explore, learn, work, play and find wellbeing in nature.

Every window box, garden, field, woodland, business, school and community can play a part.

The People's Pledge
By joining the People's Park for Nature, I pledge to:

• Help nature recover wherever I can.

• Care for the places, wildlife and landscapes around me.

• Encourage others to experience and value nature.

• Support people and organisations working towards the same vision.

• Help create a welcoming, inclusive movement where everyone can contribute.

Together, these small actions become something much bigger.

Registering Land

If you're registering land as part of the People's Park for Nature, we ask that it reflects these shared principles wherever practical.

Restore Nature

Manage land to improve biodiversity and create healthier habitats.

Connect People

Create opportunities for people to experience, understand and enjoy nature through access, learning, art or interpretation.

Welcome People (optional)

Where appropriate, consider opportunities for public access or events such as Open Days. We recognise every landowner is different, so this is always your choice.

Support Community

Where compatible with the land's primary purpose, encourage activities that benefit both people and nature, such as food growing, education, wellbeing or creative projects.

Care for the Land

Use toxin-free land management to protect wildlife, water, soil and people.

Together We Can

A single piece of land won't restore nature. A single person won't either. But thousands of people making space for nature, sharing ideas and working together can transform an entire landscape.
